Refund & Returns Policy – MyCurve 

At MyCurve, our mission is to empower women at every curve. We want you to love how you feel in our products, and we’ve designed our return policy to be clear, fair, and customer-friendly.


1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at mycurve.info@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.


2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • For hygiene reasons, items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration cannot be accepted

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact us at mycurve.info@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return (optional for EU withdrawal rights)

Once your return request is approved, you will receive return instructions.

 


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns


5. Photo Verification (Quality & Security)

To ensure a smooth and secure return process, customers must provide clear photos of the items being returned before shipping.

Please take photos of:

  • All items inside the package

  • The items at the shipping facility before sending them

Returns without photo verification may result in delayed or partial refunds if items are missing.


6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection

  • Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

At MyCurve, quality is essential. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please email mycurve.info@gmail.com with:

  • Photos or videos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the original packaging

If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping if applicable.

Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear is not eligible for return.


8. Exchanges

If you would like a different size or item, please contact our support team.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

In some cases, we may offer a one-time replacement without requiring the original item to be returned. If a replacement is issued, both items must be returned to qualify for a refund. This exception is granted only once per customer.


9. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Items damaged due to customer handling
